past default this is your left shift key same as Sprint you do not need to hold downwardly your shift fundamental to sprint only tap it why moveing

and yes those two functions are tied together ..same as mouse wheel is also tied to zoom and cycle throwable ..i wish they would ready that and so you had seperate binds for each function ...
